I'm not even a current customer and their customer service was great. Frank helped me in a timely manner. I was just trying to get some comps on a trailer for insurance purposes to help fight them lowballing me. Frank took the time to help me and look up the info even though he was not earning a sale from me. He was kind and considerate. We were driving through Texas today in a Class B enroute to our home 1,000 miles away in a northern state and needed to get our rooftop WineGard antennae repaired. When we arrived at RV Land on short notice, and John solved the problem within 10 minutes. He didn't charge us anything - and refused to accept a tip! (Nearby Camping World wanted $99 just to look at it.). And another sign of an excellent repair shop - the bathrooms were spotless! I wish we lived nearer to this business, because it's the best service we've ever received.

Bought a 2022 Winnebago Micro Minnie from this seller the first week of May. I waited for a bit to see if I would have problems with the rig after a couple of camping trips. This camper is very solid, we haven't had anything to complain about, everything works as it should and I am completely satisfied with both our camper and the sales experience during the purchase. My wife and I are thrilled with our recent purchase of a 2022 Winnebago 2108FBS Micro Minnie from RV Land! Rick was our point of contact when we initially started researching the ideal rig for our needs about 6 months ago. We were not ready to buy at that time, just doing our research and due diligence upfront. Rick was very generous with his time and had a number of initial suggestions to help us along and showed us the model we ultimately bought. Rick totally understood our requirements for an RV that supported our lifestyle, with a balance between towing agility, boon-docking, off-grid potential and high comfort/livability for extended periods of occupancy. When we were ready to buy, it was great to reconnect with Rick. No haggle, no BS negotiations, with a 4000 Watt generator, anti-sway Anderson hitch assembly and a Starter Kit as part of the package, we happily signed off on our new home on wheels! Finance manager Scott was great at explaining the extended warranty option and geotracking security system. Guy did an excellent job of walking through the features and functions of our rig, installed the hitch assembly and answered all our questions. Guy literally spent 5 hours with us on a thorough familiarization tour. When we hit a snag with the hitch assembly preventing our truck tailgate from fully extending down (came as a surprise and disappointment to us), I escalated my concern to the general manager, Scott. After researching an extension to the hitch assembly and ensuring it would not compromise safety as well as correct the problem, Scott called me back to reassure me that they would make it right, and everything was solved to our satisfaction. I contacted all the RV dealerships in Buda, Kyle, New Braunfels, and Seguin requesting information regarding purchasing a 12 Volt refrigerator for my travel trailer. Damon responded right away letting me know RV Land could help me (this is a month later and I still have not heard from any of the other dealerships). I talked with Damon to discuss the pros/cons and the process of changing to a 12 Volt and I made the decision to purchase one. Although the service department was very busy, Damon was able to have the refrigerator delivered and squeeze in a time to have it installed within a week of ordering so that I would have it for my scheduled camping trip the following week. I plan to use RV Land for any future RV maintenance.

We purchased a Forrest River Surveyor Legend from RV Land In Kyle. They were excellent in all matters, advised us on trailer sway systems and other products. Eight months after purchase we had major issues with bearings, hub, brakes, etc. We took the trailer back to RV Land. The trailer needed a new axle, bearings brakes. RV Land fixed it for us under warranty and also did some other repairs, again under warranty. The people in the Service Department were exceptional, John Doherty, parts specialist, Damon Besser and Chris Bernard, Service Manager. The work was done well and in a timely manner. They were very good at keeping us posted regarding the service claim I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for an RV. Thank you all for your professionalism and assistance.

We thought our experience with all the people at RV Land was incredible. This can be very overwhelming purchasing such an expensive item but they were very patient with us and very helpful. We probably connected with about six different staff members there and everyone went above and beyond to help us and get us the information we were requesting. Lloyd even helped us locate storage spaces for our new travel trailer and Josh met us twice to make sure we understood how to use our new purchase. They both gave us their mobile numbers so we could text with quick questions and they respond right away, even on weekends. We are really happy we chose RV Land as the place to make our purchase and they had wonderful items in stock, which I know is an issue at other places right now.

Our recent purchase of a new Micro Minnie 2108TB was an enjoyable experience at RV Land. We had a history with the business as we had previously purchased another Micro Minnie there 5 years ago and kept it stored in their covered storage facility. Having experienced a dry bearing issue on our travel trailer in San Antonio, RV Land was the only service provider that would accept our trailer at the time (July 23, 2021) for axle, bearing, hub, brake, etc. repair. After towing trailer to RV Land on Saturday, July 24, I contacted service department on the following Monday, talking with Damon Besser. Damon not only just addressed the issues, but he took the initiative to contact our extended warranty company (he could have asked me to do that) and pleaded our case. Upon being denied, the warranty company said to contact the axle manufacturer. Damon then gave me the details needed for me to file claim with the axle company, as I had the documentation for all periodic inspections for past 3 years. In due time, axle company approved claim and wanted details of what the repair needed. After calling Damon to get this information, he readily volunteered to call axle company directly, thus avoiding me as middle man. Damon kept me apprised of status throughout this process until trailer was ready to pick up. To me, Damon went above and beyond a normally expected repair, relieving me of much stress and time. In addition to the axle and bearing replacement, I asked RV Land to perform the required annual 4 point inspection required by the extended warranty plan. RV Land was the third dealer I used in four inspections, and they performed the most thorough inspection yet, identifying issues, and contacting me to approve any maintenance recommendations. I will certainly use RV Land for future annual inspections in spite of the distance involved. I give Damon and RV Land a 5 Star ++!

I recently purchased a couple of Opus 4 off road campers. I can honestly say that the entire process was handled by numerous top rate associates. Each member of RV Land ensured I received superior customer support. Lloyd, in sales, provided me with the opportunity to purchase exactly what I was looking for. Recently I placed my '89 Alpenlite with RVLAND to check out a relatively new AC that was not cooling and a fridge that was not cooling. The service manager Damon went to work to confirm the warranty on the AC. As a result of his intervention my AC was replaced at no cost to me. A mechanic determined that the fridge needed only a minor repair to work properly. Much to my relief the total cost for all this work was so much less than I expected. Damon was a great guy to work with - very polite and knowledgeable. I highly recommend RVLAND to any RV owner who wants honest, highly competent, and friendly service at a fair price. I most certainly will return my camper to them for any future problems.

We purchased a Micro Minnie Winnie. Frank was a good salesman and came up with exactly the right product for us. We were called 'pickie' by another dealer, but having been long time campers, we knew exactly what we wanted! We leave for our first tripto Mustang Island at the weekend, both excited and apprehensive. We have contracted to store Winnie at City View Storage, built recently by Abel Bernal in Maxwell TX (outstanding place) and we make trips back and forth to familiarize ourselves with the trailer and to equip it with all the goodies that our RVLand 'teacher' insisted we purchase as well old favorites from our two previous campers. Josh is a key 'component' of the RVLand operation. He knows the products inside and out, not least since he's a camper himself. He was very patient with his octogenarian and septuagenarian student clients, so much so that he may even get calls next week. Not that we are wildly expert, we both would rate the RVLand operation as outstanding and their empty lot (especially by comparison with local competition) is probably a testament to the team's effectiveness. In a time when RV dealerships have a less than perfect image when it comes to customer service, this place is different. This smaller dealership made the whole process simple and exciting. Lloyd helped us find the right camper with his no pressure sales style. The paperwork portion was quick and easy. The only negative of this review is they offer a Nano service though a third party vender to apply a protectant to the outside and inside of the RV. To be clear, they did not push it, we willingly picked it, and it was so not worth the money. Now, here is what made this dealership shine; we had an issue with the trailer hitch not being ready when it was supposed to be. They jumped through hoops to make things right and had the RV quickly delivered to our house while we waited for the hitch to arrive. We also had a couple minor warranty issues and Damon told us to let him know when we could bring it in and he would have it fixed while we waited. True to his word, that's what happened. We arrived, he put a technician on our camper right away, and we were finished and on the road within two hours. We didn't even disconnect. These folks will take care of you after the sale! We will be a repeat customers when the time comes!

After an unfortunate mistake on my part in getting too close to one of central Texas' beautiful Liveoak trees, I had an awning that was hanging off the back of my trailer instead of rolled up against side as it should have been. I pulled into the yard on a Friday at midafternoon and after a brief conversation with service office staff, one service manager and three service techs quickly removed the awning and bent supports from the trailer - as well as the yards of duct tape I had used to try to hold it in place from the Liveoak tree in N San Marcos to RV land in Kyle. The service manager provided instructions on what I needed to do regarding taking photos of the damage for insurance purposes and they had quickly had me on my way home to Montana! All the people I encountered at RV Land were great folks and very helpful, to the point of dropping what they were working on toward the end of the work week and helping me through my frustration as well as making it safe for me to continue my journey home. I am most appreciative.

This was my first travel trailer buying experience and I couldn't be more satisfied about my purchase and the entire sales process. I first called in and spoke with Rick in sales. He was easy to work with and was able to give me a fair price on the unit I was looking to buy. I inquired about financing and received a call back from Scott in the finance dept within minutes. Very shortly, thereafter, my financing was in place. Mind you, I already had financing in place from another lender, but I was so put-out by the initial lender's process that I wanted to see if Scott could give me acceptable terms. What took Scott and the finance team less than an hour took my original lender 2+ days. Without hesitation, I accepted RV Land's terms and told my original lender to pound sand. When I picked up the travel trailer, Josh walked me through the ins and outs of the RV. What a super good guy. I'm sure they're all good, but I worked with Josh and he was on point. He spent additional time with me answering my "first timer" questions from hitch to tail lights and everything in between. Once I got through with my "schooling", I went in to finalize the financing paperwork. I believe the gentleman I worked with was named Jason. He was courteous, knowledgeable and made the paperwork part of the process as easy as could be. Lastly, I bought a few peripheral items for the trailer. Josh and the gentleman working in the service department guided me, answering questions and making suggestions. Zero pressure, whatsoever. There was no, "you need this, you have to have that, etc". It was just a good conversation mixed in with some guidance. I don't remember the gentleman's name who was running the service dept., but he was just as friendly and helpful as the other RV Land employees I worked with. Candidly, I'm blown away by how easy RV Land made the buying process. I'm even more blown away by how friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable every single RV Land employee I worked with was to me. I genuinely don't have a single negative, or even neutral, comment to make about my particular buying experience with RV Land. I'm not big on leaving reviews, but y'alls good work should be recognized. It was a solid 5-Star experience for me....and I sincerely appreciate it!

Our experience with RVland has been fantastic. From our first talking to them, we found everyone pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Once we placed our order they kept us apprised of delivery schedules and set expectations around potential delays because of pandemic issues. When we arrived to pick up our opus 4 after driving 11 hours from Kansas, we were early because traffic was better than expected. We expected to just wait until the appointed hour but instead the staff arranged for us to get started early on our walk thru. Sean, our walk thru tech, showed us all the features and answered all our questions patiently and thoroughly. While we have tent camped over the years, pop up camping is new to us. Sean made sure we understood the basics and had good advice on how to get answers to any future questions. In particular he strongly recommended using the Manuel and he is right: it is chock full of good information. And just today, after getting home and facing the prospect of a winter storm I called Jason, who helped with a weather inaction question. The type of Customer service We received from RVland is unfortunately rare today. We recommend buying from them. They are nice helpful people.

One of the best dealerships around. Puchased our Trailer in 2015, and keep it stored at the dealers facility. I wish there were more than a five star rating for these folks. Anytime I've had an issue they just go back to the trailer and fix it, quickly with no BS. I've also called them when we've had a problem while on the road and they always help me find an immediate solution. Awesome people. Wish they sold cars and appliances.

If you have ANY desire to own an RV, let me save you some real headaches. First, go with a solid brand like Winnebago. Read user blogs! Remember, this is a house on wheels. Things will go awry! Second, find an RV dealer with VERY high satisfaction ratings because you will have repairs they will handle or teach you to handle! Believe it or not, such a dealer will be quite rare. No joke. I had sales people, who do not own RVs, giving incorrect information or advice. I am a research nerd and double check everything! I learned that if I dont follow these two very crucial steps, I could pay a price in the thousands, literally. Long story short. We got a small Winnebago from RV Land. What a difference. At RV Land, they are all about education. They spent a great deal of time and effort going through every detail about how to use and maintain our RV. They have been very responsive with questions. They own RVs and gave great advice and pointers. They honored their warranty immediately on a repair. As I read reviews, many dealers respond in 6-8 weeks to repairs (if at all) and RV Land did our repair in a week. Lance, the owner, is always there. He works right alongside his team and it is obvious they respect and like him. We also like their mobile RV service and their on-side boat/RV storage. Hope this helps. Happy RVing!

Not knowing much about travel trailers 2 years ago, Lance held our hand thru the whole Winnebago experience. We had shopped for a Winnebago at our local "big box" and were treated OK but they were not near as knowledgeable as Lance and his team. We found RVLAND offered much better value and customer service . So much so we made the trip to Kyle from Ft Worth two weeks ago for our second Winnebago purchase. The service department checked all systems and made sure we understood how everything worked. The weight distribution hitch was swapped over and the trailer pulls great..Our next 2 nights on our shakedown trip went without any issues and believe me I really looked.I want to add the 1706fb we owned for two years never had any issues. We saw this RV at the expo in Round Rock! Had no intention of buying a new one but...great trade in and easy financing! And a beautiful rig! Tim was a terrific salesman...Justin made all the paperwork fast and easy and Tim! Oh...what a great walk through! Very thorough! We were able to ask lots of questions and he was kind and patient! We were able to get all the screens installed, they traded out our mattress and...came to our home to pick up recliners we purchased and installed those! Plus a second AC! This is our second RV but I will say the best customer service ever! Thank you all!

Just bought my first 5th wheel, I visited many places and searched the internet and there is a vast array of information available. Then I found RV Land and at 1st I was passing through to go somewhere else and look, but after talking with Lance I found him to be extremely helpful and I just liked the no nonsense approach no high pressure sales pitch but I believe a fair and honest approach. So we did the deal and now I (and the bank) own one. I had my hitch from them as well and cannot fault anything at all with the sales and service side there.
